Planned works at Lewisham Park Towers

L&Q have selected Axis Europe as the main contractor to carry out works at Lewisham Towers within each block.

It has been confirmed that our works will include:

• External wall insulation,

• Roofing,

• Window replacements,

• External soil stack

• Gas Flues

The order of the works will be as follows:

• Site set up, including resident facilities

• Surveys

• Scaffold

• Windows

• Insulation

• Roof

We are also re-landscaping the garden and in doing so we will be donating a vegetable garden and benches to create a pleasant recreational space for everyone.
