Resident Focus: Lewisham Park Towers
Updated: Feb 8, 2024
What are the benefits of works to residents?
Planned works are essential to the integrity, safety, and efficiency of your building. Maintenance and upgrades ensure that your homes are safe and comfortable for years to come. By investing in these improvements now, we aim to create a better living environment and guarantee the longevity of your property.
What is the benefit of pilot works?
Pilot works are small-scale tests or trials conducted to assess the feasibility, effectiveness, or potential impact of a project before implementing it on a larger scale.
These allow us to demonstrate the value of the works and provide you with an idea of how your building will look after completing the works. They also help us to identify the best way to carry out works and minimise disruption, while providing you with a realistic timescale.
How will Axis limit disruption?
We understand planned works like those taking place at Lewisham Towers can cause concern and disruption to residents. These are the steps we are taking to limit disruption, however, we are always happy to take your feedback and suggestions on board.
At Lewisham Park Towers, we will provide a dedicated facility to limit this disruption to a minimum. This area will be located within the resident village and consists of two rooms.
The first room is a respite area that includes sofas, a TV, and a Resident Liaison Officer who will be on hand to answer any questions.
The second room is a dedicated working space. If any residents are working from home and need a quiet space to work, we are providing a wifi connected office space with booths and desk space.
All three blocks will be scaffolded and worked on at once, with separate teams, to reduce the time taken to complete the work.
Where can I find a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO)?
Each block will have a dedicated RLO and site manager who will be situated at a dedicated site facility. You can find your RLO's contact details by heading to the contact section of this website.
